Jonothon Lyons is an artist and designer known for his viral character Buddy the Rat. Exploding to local stardom during the COVID pandemic, he represents the intrepid spirit of New York City, being your authentic self, treating others with kindness and
respect, and never giving up on your dreams.

Buddy the Rat has been featured in over 20 articles and video editorials from mainstream media outlets, Buddy is always making the news. On a recent trip to Istanbul, Turkey, two articles were written and released in the first day. Channeling a rats association with trash for a good cause, Buddy raises awareness of waste culture and promotes reusable products. He also participates in volunteer litter clean up initiatives and educational programs focused on sustainability.

He’s worked with everyone from Coors Light, America’s Got Talent, Blue Man Group, Slice, and more.
